TIPS for Breakfast:
Breakfast is important meal of the day. Eat within 1 hour of rising, it stimulating benefits on your metabolic rate. Missing out on a healthy morning meal also increases stress hormones ( which make you gain fat too ). Eat protein for breakfast is better than starchy carbs. You will have better appetite control throughout the day. What are you waiting for ? Lets change your habit, prepare your protein breakfast for tomorrow morning.

"Six pack abs " cont...To reduce body fat, you need to control what you eat. Here is the suggestion for the a few steps :

Low in added sugars -- Stay away from added sugars in every meal and drinks, you will be surprised how much calories less from this

No fried food -- we know it is tasty but if is the biggest enemy if you want to see your abs

Eat Good Fat NOT Bad Fat -- Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are good fat, usually found in nuts, seeds and fish. Saturated fats and trans fats are bad fats, found in ice cream, pizza dough, cookies, meat fat, candy bars...

10 mins as many reps as possible

10 Push Up
20 Situp
30sec Plank
40 Air Squat
