This course helps you understand yoga’s proven process for regulating your nervous system and navigating personal challenges. Today we celebrate more than just poses and our breath – we honour the deeper essence of yoga within each person: connection, compassion and the courage to show up for yourself and others.

Living in community, with our humanity intact, serving with kindness, embracing imperfections, being present for one another and to ourselves is yoga.

Let’s celebrate with gratitude for whatever practice you have to keep your body easeful, your mind peaceful and your mind useful!
