What a week 🇭🇰
✔️5 training days
✔️More than 30 hours of training
✔️Different lineages and experience levels
✔️Participants aged 19 to 67.
✔️Practitioners from more than 6 countries.
Our first-ever Mindful Wing Chun Training Camp in Hong Kong!
The goal was never to squeeze as many Wing Chun techniques as possible into those 30 hours.
We had the time to go deeper into the principles behind the movements and work on how each person could actually integrate them into their own body.
🌀We explored whole-body integration, active vs. floppy relaxation, habitual movement patterns, fascia and how it relates to both everyday movement and martial arts practice.
🤜🏼And, of course, we had plenty of Chi Sau, partner work and combination drills along the way
To everyone who travelled to Hong Kong and spent the week training, learning, asking questions and sharing the experience with us, thank you! 🤜🏼🫷🏻
It was really special to have everyone together in one place after connecting with so many of you through the online school, seminars and the wider Mindful Wing Chun community.
Five very full days, and a lot to take back into practice.
