Congratulations to all 34 teams participating in this year’s concept class events! We got 14th place overall and ranked fourth in the cost and manufacturing event among challenging competition 🏁. We are incredibly proud of them!

We also took our first FSUK award home, the Race Tech William Kimberley Award🏆!! Thank you, and , for spotting us among all other teams in overcoming adversities, especially under the COVID situation. We will strive to continue spreading the undisputed will to succeed and the spirit of Formula Student to more students and people!

FSUK 2023 will be a blast, and we can’t wait to be driving our car for the first time. Last year was a challenging time for us. Thank our advisors and sponsors for their support and our fantastic team members for their hard work. See you all next year!!

Our newly established sim-racing division has made our first debut today in the ACC GT3/4 multi-class Bathurst 2-hour endurance race hosted by !

Although our representatives got P4 out of the 14 drivers in GT3 class in qualifying, they were unfortunately involved in an incident and dropped to the last place, P18, at the start of the race. Still, our representatives did not give up and managed to finish the race in P8!💪🏻 Good job to our drivers!

The University of Hong Kong Racing Team (HKUR) is now holding the recruitment on our new division, Sim-Racing division! Apart from participating in the Formula Student UK in the upcoming years with our own design and built motorsport car, we are going to participate in various sim racing competitions, including Joint-University Sim-Racing Competition HK, Formula Student Sim-Racing Series, and competitions hosted by Z-Challenger, etc!

Do you want to have a sweet friendship to refresh your university life? Are you passionate about motor racing? If so, do not miss this chance and join us!

Even if you are new to sim racing, no worries! As long as you have a sim racing wheel setup at home, a copy of Assetto Corsa and a copy of Assetto Corsa Competizione on your computer, and you are willing to dedicate time and effort, you are welcome to join us! Selected members will receive well-rounded training. Hope we can thrive on the track together!
