Tanya Bennett is leaving Hong Kong next month after a decade in the city, and plans one final goodbye on the notorious 298km Four Trails.

Thank you RD of Altra 4TUL for providing a review on his long term partnership with Gipron Mont Blanc 310 Carbon 4, particularly interesting that he mentioned tracking poles not only help easing the legs' job, it also keeps you in a good posture while one's core is tired from the enduring workout.
And of course, with an average of appx 1000 steps per kilometer in a trail race, each gram counts!
