2. 現役消防員及救護員 (包括消防處、醫療輔助隊、聖約翰救傷隊)
3. 記者 (持有有效香港記者協會之記者證)
4. 香港八間資助大學及演藝學院之全日制學生
5. 香港全日制中學生
6. 註冊社工
