⭐️FROM “I’LL GO TOMORROW” TO CONSISTENT & CONFIDENT ⭐️
When Sarah joined me, she was struggling with motivation and accountability.
She wanted to train 3× per week… but most weeks she’d only get 1–2 sessions in.
Gym days kept getting pushed to “tomorrow”… until suddenly the week was over.
Fast forward 12 weeks…
✅ She’s consistently training on set days - no more putting things off
✅ She increased her daily step count and feels so much better for it
✅ She’s lost 10cm from her hips & 13cm from her waist
✅ Her photos look more defined, lifted & toned
So how did we make that happen?
1️⃣ We created non-negotiable training days & if life got busy, we moved the session, we didn’t delete it
2️⃣ I kept her accountable with weekly check-ins & real-time support
3️⃣ We worked on building habits she could stick to long-term, not short-lived motivation
