肯亞 Iten 是長跑者的聖地，但當地許多天賦異稟的跑者，卻因生活拮据，只能穿著遊客留下的破損裝備堅持訓練。

今年，耐力學社 (IEST) 聯同 輕功 (QINKUNG) 發起物資募捐。我們將收集大家閒置的高品質跑步服裝（T恤、短褲），並於 2 月 1 日 由專人親手帶往肯亞，直接送達當地的精英訓練營。

📍 地點：Cafe 8 (中環 8 號碼頭頂層)
📅 時間：1 月 22 - 23 日 (週四至週五)，10:00 - 19:00

Give your running gear a "Second Life" in the Home of Champions! 🇰🇪👟

While Iten, Kenya is the holy land of long-distance running, many talented local athletes—some with 2:20 marathon potential—lack even basic professional gear. They often train in worn-out shoes left behind by visitors.

This year, IEST is partnering with QINKUNG (輕功) to change that. We are collecting high-quality, excess running apparel (Tees, Shorts) from the HK community. Our team will hand-carry these supplies directly to elite training camps in Kenya on February 1st.

📍 Location: Cafe 8 (Central Pier No. 8, Top Floor)
📅 Time: Jan 22 - 23 (Thu-Fri), 10:00 - 19:00

Salute to all the volunteer heroes! 🫡

Logistics are in full swing, and IEST is proud to be part of the force. Our volunteers will be camping at Chek Keng on January 21st to receive these boat-delivered supplies and gear up for "The Third" on January 22nd. ⛺️🚤

The Tinworth Trail runs across Hong Kong from the northeast border with Mainland China at Sha Tau Kok to the fishing village of Tai O in Lantau Island’s southwest, and includes some of Hong Kong's most spectacular locations. It is approximately 90km long with 5000m positive elevation change.

Lace up and get ready to challenge the legendary Tinworth Trail! We're excited to promote the upcoming Tinworth Trail challenge, kicking off on Saturday, December 20th, at 8 AM from Sha Tau Kok. Choose your adventure with 10k, 20k, or the full 50k options on this iconic Hong Kong route, a true tribute to Nic Tinworth's legacy.

The team of in a pink wave, is proud to accompany our heros of Unbound UltraRun, the epic 3000K Beijing to Hong Kong challenge & charity run, to their loving home.
