Poliquin Personal Trainer I have been training and dedicating my life to fitness for years. I went from running to competing in fitness. Now, It is time to help others to do the same.
I started my Instagram account over a year ago to share my fitness life with others. I wanted to show mainly to my friends at that time, that it is not difficult to train and maintain normal lifestyle and social life. I update my followers with everything in relation to my fitness goals - what I eat, what supplements I take and what exercise regime I am currently on! I also have a coach - it holds me accountable! Everyone needs a coach! I strongly believe in flexible dieting. I know how difficult it is to work, look after home and find time for exercising. I am also doing all of those things at the same time! Plus competing! So if I am telling you we will work through solutions - we will do, and we will create a plan that suits your lifestyle.
