由2011年成立至今，提供各專業恆常瑜伽(Iyengar Yoga) 、 伸展、 兒童瑜伽、AntiGravity® 空中瑜伽、 孕婦瑜伽、 瑜伽輪、 Sound Healing & Therapy、 皮拉提斯 & 皮拉提斯器械床Pilates Reformer 每年定期開辦 RYT-200, RPYT, YACEP & AntiGravity® 專業導師培訓課程, 聯同合作夥伴開辦專業的健康，運動，治療課程 及 工作坊，我們的對象不單止是專業運動員、教練、導師、治療師、而一般沒有運動習慣或基礎人士也適合。 iYoga Place 愛瑜家是Yoga Alliance RYS-200, RPYT & YACEP 註冊學校。
