Errofit168 with Errol X Samuels [email protected] Errofit168 was originally known as Box-fit which started in 1999 in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong.

The first class commenced at DMR School of Ballet where there was a turn out of just one person, after that the classes were forever packed, and always having someone running out of a class to PUKE! Classes were then established at Hong Kong Country Club, Headland Hotel, Cathay City, The American Club and the Repulse Bay Club, Manhatton. Errofit168 is a fitness regime built around Boxing training

and circuit training (using your body weight) and weight training (for strength and endurance). Classes caters to group classes and personal training. Level of fitness is not of importance, classes are for everyone. If you are a Triathlete, tennis player, up and coming Amateur boxer, Action Asia competitor, MMA fighters or have not done any exercise in your life…we will look after you and take you to a higher competitive level. I would like to to thank my wife Tina, my son Brandon, my family and friends and all those that have passed through the doors to train with me…even if you only turned up once! Thank you for 20 years of support.

Seriously I say middle age, but really we should all have bodies of a fit 30 year old.
But of course if you have illness that prevents you from looking after yourself, or old age that your body has given in, then I understand. But otherwise we have just become lazy, and eating just too much, and eating and drinking too much of the wrong products, some products can not even be classed as food.

Come on, you can't wear mask to protect you from a virus, but then stick products into your body that is meant to course the body harm, why not stick an exhaust pipe into your mouth.

Anyway just my penny worth, why listen, we are all adults, why should I care about your health, as you can see, I am looking after myself.

The speed ball is one of those interesting equipments, which everyone except the professionals leave alone due to the embarrassment of not looking like a professional, myself included. Who needs it, when you can punch. But watching Iron Mike in on the speed ball finally got me.
As you practice, your shoulders start to burn, then the air from the ball goes Into your eyes, then the coordination starts to get together, then the realization of techniques on the ball opens your mind.
