This year, our tournament staff, partners at the Tournament Village, and audience joined hands to support the “Go Green” initiative ♻️:

🌱 Invited visitors to create cheering props using recyclable paper cards
🌸 Introduced paperless experiences — no perfume tester strips at the fragrance booth and no paper plates for food tastings
👖 Transformed old denim and traditional kwa dresses into upcycled souvenir products
📱 Developed an electronic souvenir booklet to replace printed copies
😎 Appointed Green Event Ambassadors to educate the public on proper waste classification and recycling
💦 Encouraged staff to bring their own water bottles and refill at the water stations
🎾 Recycled tennis balls in partnership with .hk

Every sustainable action — big or small — brings us one step closer to a greener future 🌏

Congratulations to the Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open 2025 singles champion — Victoria Mboko — and the runner-up — Cristina Bucsa! 🎾

Thank you Mr. Lawrence Lam, Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Hong Kong Limited, and Mr. George Tsoi, Commissioner for Sports of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau for presenting the cheque and trophies to the champion and runner-up. "Cristina played an amazing match and really pushed me to my limit. I really want to thank everyone who came out here to support us today. I can see some Canadian flags over there, there, and there. Everyone was telling me this is the best 250 and I believe it. I want to thank all the ball kids, my coaches, Nathalie [Tauziat] for helping me this week and my dad for supporting me this week. I just enjoyed my time so much here, I hope to be back next year!" said Mboko.

晏寶高表示：「布莎今場比賽打得非常出現，把我逼到了極限。我很想感謝今天到場支持我們的所有觀眾。我看到這邊、那邊、還有那邊都有加拿大的國旗！大家都告訴我這是最棒的WTA 250賽事，我完全同意！我要感謝所有球僮、我的教練團隊、Nathalie Tauziat在這星期給我的幫助，以及一直支持我的爸爸。我真的非常享受在這裡的時光，希望明年能再次回來！」
