南懷瑾先生:端午最好的一种驅邪方式

導語:

端午節,很多人想到的是粽子、艾草、菖蒲和屈原。但若從中國傳統文化深處來看,端午之所以被中國人記住了幾千年,不只是因為一種節俗,更是因為中國人心裏始終敬重一種東西:人在污濁中,仍不隨波逐流,放棄是非和道義。

或許,端午最值得我們體會的,正是四個字:扶正祛邪。祛外在之濕熱毒穢,也祛內在之浮躁昏沉;扶身體之正氣,也扶心中之正念。端午節把艾草、菖蒲掛在門前,更是提醒我們,在一年暑濕漸重之時,重新清理身心,守護正氣。

「端午不是迷信,其中有衛生和養生」

現在是一年中陰的開始。南方的黃梅雨,常會下個不停,天地間陰的力量又在暗中滋長。端午節吃粽子時,不要忘記喝一杯雄黃酒,驅散一下體內的潮氣。

端午節到了,每一家門口插了菖蒲,避邪的,也可以殺菌。端午節吃粽子喝雄黃酒,雄黃酒是徹底地殺菌。它把這些科學的衛生、養生都放在裏面,一般人搞不清楚的,我們現在都懂了,這個道理就是這樣。

「真正的祛邪,先從自己身心下手」

大家對於事情,可以做或不可以做,平日都知道,認識非常清楚,都能堅持這個原則。但當心浮氣躁的時候,就會受影響。譬如發怒的時候,理智告訴我們不要出口罵人,可是氣一上來,嘴巴不受控制,罵人的話就出來了。所以“志”與“氣”是兩回事。而孟子說不僅要“持其志”,同時更要“無暴其氣”,不使此氣粗暴浮躁。因為心理與生理是相互影響的。

心念專一,可以影響身體,生理機能會受影響。如專心看書時,往往別人說話就聽不見;相反的,生理也影響心理,人生了病就情緒不好,思想或更敏銳或變遲鈍。所以氣修到專一歸元,也可以改變意志。像被撞昏的人,就是氣的作用而影響到意識的昏迷。有學靜坐幾十年的人,無論是佛家、道家,對修養的路子很明白,但始終不能得定,就是因為氣調不好的原故。有些專門做氣功的人,氣煉得很好,可是心理上沒有把理路搞通,也不能成功。“志壹則動氣,氣壹則動志”,兩者不可偏廢。

「端午,养一股正气」

“我善養吾浩然之氣。” ——《孟子》

“浩然之氣”是大家都有的,是人人都可以養的,但是懂得的人很少。孟子則不但養氣,而且還很善於養“浩然之氣”。這浩然之氣浩大無比,是陽明之氣,強而有力,是不可動搖變更的,是光明而且生機活潑的。

Began practicing yoga in 2017 with my first yoga Master N.Sewda and completed 500 Hatha & Alignment YTT. Got to know about ashtanga yoga by N.Sewda’s introducing and influence in 2021.

Started Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Method with Dorothy under the direct guidance of Manju Jois.

Currently certified by Manju Jois for completing the Primary, Intermediate, Advanced series and YOGA THERAPY training.

南懷瑾先生:「用腦過度」的自救方法

邵康節,宋代的大學者,講到研究《易經》,研究能知過去未來之學,誰也逃不開他的範圍。不過他講修道做工夫的原理都對,可是他本人可惜了,並沒有真做到這個程度,活到六十多歲就走了。他的腦筋智慧太高了,以我的看法,可以說用腦過度了,身體是衰弱得不得了,夏天出門坐在車子裏頭,窗子都要封掉,一點風都不能吹。但是康節先生一出門是不得了,老百姓看到邵先生的車子過來了,都非常恭敬,那是自動自發的。

且不說修行,如果你每天都能花點時間,讓自己靜一靜,把那些雜亂的念頭空一空,身心真正休息,將對身體利益無窮,是最好的「補藥」。以後的科學會證明這一點的。

人之生命,首賴精神之充溢,故精神須加培養;培養之法,但使心空身寧,使生理機能,生生不已;生之不絕,耗之日少,自然充沛勝常。精神隨色身氣血之衰旺而見盈虧,氣血以思慮勞疲而漸消失;故安身可以立命,絕慮棄欲,可以養神。

思慮勞動過多,則損傷健康而感疲勞。故病人須休息,以恢復健康,休息與睡眠,醫稱為不要錢之多種維他命。因人在休息睡眠之時意識潛伏,可使生理本能活動,自然起作用,故健康可複,精神驟長。人在習靜禪定中,自然走入寧靜狀態,故本能活動作用,漸感恢復。
