Three incredible days at the Global Rope Flow Workshop have just come to an end, and it still feels like a dream.
I never imagined I would see David Weck in person, let alone learn rope flow alongside three world-class masters – Sinisa .flow , Phil and Sam This truly feels like a major milestone in my life.

One of the happiest moments was when we suggested making March 21st (3·2·1) the International Rope Flow Day, and David not only accepted the idea but also announced it on the spot. That moment is something I will never forget.

These three days have taught me so much about flow, control and creativity. I’m bringing all of this inspiration back to Hong Kong, hoping to grow and share rope flow even more.

Special thanks to Miho & JJ – this wouldn’t have happened without them. And huge thanks to Kandai .flows for the amazing arrangements that made everything feel just perfect.

Big love also to the Rope Flow Hong Kong team – ambassador Shin .bluemonkey and coach Fai – thank you for growing together with everyone and representing Hong Kong so beautifully.

I really hope that in the near future, we’ll be able to invite all these masters to Hong Kong so we can flow together again and keep this amazing energy going.
