Happy Thanksgiving Everyone๐ Wanna enjoy holiday feast without gaining weight? Follow my 5 tips for not overeating:
1.๐ง Drink a glass of water before the meal
Hydration is like your secret weapon against thinking you're hungry when you're just thirsty. Plus, it helps the digestion ;-)
2.๐ฅ Start with salad before the main dish
Begin your meal with a salad or vegetable dish. The fiber can help you feel full without going overboard on the higher-calorie dishes.
3.๐ฝ๏ธ Use tiny tools and you'll eat less
Use smaller plates and utensils to help control portion sizes. It's like fooling your brain into thinking you've eaten more than you have. Sneaky, right?
4.๐ Mindful Eating
Eating slow helps your brain catch up with your belly, so you know when to hit the brakes to avoid feeling too full and bloated.
