HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods... expect to get sweaty and move muscles you never had idea that you have! Spanish Bootcamps Available! Packages:
1.Join for 2 times a week for one month for 125Hk per Class
2. Join for 3 times a week for one month for 70HK per class
3. Join for 4 times a week for one month for 50 HK per Class
4. Join for 2, 3 or 4 times a week for two months for 50 per class
PS. If you join with a friend there's a 25% discount for both. If you bring more than one friend all of you get 4 more classes free.
