I still giggle at the fact that fitness has become a major component of my life. The young wheezy asthmatic girl in school who gave every excuse to skip PE classes now likes her muscles and to lift heavy things 😱😂
I’d say gym life only really started after my first kid and when I got a PT. Since then I have had several different PTs over the years. Some good. Some bad…well err mostly bad 🫢 sorry. (Yet still grateful to all for being part of the journey and helping me stay consistent). And I can say this now, cause I know I’ve come a long way. I invested time in learning this craft which I grew to love more and more as I delved deeper into understanding the intricacies of it all. And I understood even more as a competing athlete, when I was challenged and my limits were tested. I love training. I love the pump. I love my gym people. And I love, mostly, what my body has become and what I have learnt about it from the consistent work done over the years.
Madness.
And you know what’s been even more rewarding lately? Sharing my knowledge and being that person that helps others be consistent. But I desire to be more than just that person that helps you be consistent. I want to be that person that gives you FIRE to the do the work to reach your goals. I want you to LOVE TRAINING LIKE I DO! So that one day, you can also look back and be like WHOA! I wanted abs like that chick on IG, and look at me now! I HAVE abs!
Only a few slots left for in-person training with me but I am now working on growing my team so I can provide my clients with more for less. If you’re needing a bit of a nudge in the butt to get that fitness journey started or moving, holler this way.
The benefit about one-on-one sessions is that we can move at a pace that suits you and slowly build up. Cause y’know what they say…slow motion is better than no motion! 😄
