本會於 1983 年成立，推廣游泳活動至今，讓初學學員建立自信，培訓泳員堅毅不屈的精神，在比賽爭取好績。教練有卓越表現，能訓練出高質素的運泳員在比賽中勝出。另有拯溺訓練班。
