Founded by Karbi Chan and Yat-Sing Ha in 2016, NuDD has organized over 50 workshops and events in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, and Zurich to date. It has worked with a wide range of venues and organisations including Tattoo Temple (tattoo parlour), M&L (advertising agency), Open House Bookshop by Hardcover (bookstore), Factory A (furniture showroom), Hong Kong Cigar (cigar store), Fresh Orgasmic Bo
ttles (organic wine store), Juju Flowers (florist) and cocktail bars such as Behind Bars and Ping Pong 169. With its collaborative nature, NuDD's workshops often connect life drawing with other forms of arts such as dance, theatre, music, fashion, installation, and architecture. It participated in Hong Kong Shenzhen Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism/Architecture 2015 and organized an improvised theatre event called ‘6 Hours’ as part of Manifesta 11, the European Biennale for Contemporary Art in Zurich, Switzerland.
