兩年一次的同讀節好快就到喇！
Sweatitude陪大家讀書之餘，仍然鼓勵大家喐一喐。今次Sweatitude與同讀節合作搵到Grace**嚟同大家玩下Hoop Dance - 結合舞蹈、運動、藝術，一種近年興起的次文化運動。 Hoopers 用上身體的每個部位，漂亮獨特的 Hoop Tricks 和身體互動産生出奪目的視覺效果。與呼拉圈共舞，打開身體意識新視野，為心靈帶來歡笑和減壓。
「讀一讀。喐一喐」- Hoop Dance 體驗班
(適合新手及初階同學)
內容包括：
1)On-body Hooping
由 On-body Hooping 開始熱身，學習運用身體各不同部位把呼拉圈自由地旋轉
2) Off-body Tricks
好玩好睇的 Hoop Tricks 如 Revolving door, Corkscrew, Isolation 等。學習趣味來自手眼協調的挑戰，獨特漂亮招式亦是 Hoop Dance 的魅力精髓
3) Transition & Sequence
把 On-body Hooping 和 Off-body Tricks 混合串連，創出一套簡單的 Hoop Dance

地點：賽馬會創意藝術中心 (JCCAC)

** 有關呼拉圈舞者及導師
Grace Hoop，2013年開始自學，於2014–2016年及2018年夏季赴德國柏林深造。2018 年於《Hamburg Juggling Convention》，《Croatian Hoop Convention》教授工作坊及演出 個人作品《Linear Circularity》。並於栢林 Dock 11 劇場《Secret Journey, Stranger Than Paradise by Yoshiko Chuma》編舞及演出。

由女同學社舉辦的第三屆香港同讀文化節
「同讀」可解作「同志友善的讀物」，亦可解作「一同閱讀」。女同學社期望透過供給性／別議題書籍；舉辦讀書會、講座、分享會；設置書攤、特色攤位、閱讀空間等，去營造一個認識、探索、討論性／別的有利環境，從而推動性／別教育。

The Hong Kong Q***r Literary and Cultural Festival (HKQLCF) is coming soon! Sweatitude would also like to introduce you all a new way to move your body:
Hoop Dance - a.k.a hooping, is a blend of dance, sport and art. Hoopers use every body parts to manipulate the hoop, mesmerizing hoop tricks to create a new kind of dance. Dance with a circle, nail a hoop trick, go with the flow. Hoop dance uplifts your mind, body and soul.
「Read a Book & Swing a Hoop」- Hoop Dance Workshop
(suitable for newbies and beginners)
Including:
1)On-body Hooping
We will start warming up by rotating the hoop freely with different parts of our bodies.
2) Off-body Tricks
Bags of amazing hoop tricks such as revolving door and corkscrew. It’s super fun to challenge your hand-eye coordination.
3) Transition & Sequence
End of the class, we will combine both on and off body tricks to create a piece of hoop dance.

** About the Hoop Dancer and Instructor
Grace Hoop, had been trained in Berlin from 2014 to 2016 and in 2018 summer. She participated numerous hoop conventions throughout Germany, where experiences include performing, choreographing and conducting workshops. Grace is now based in Hong Kong and is passionate in stimulating the hoop culture. Recent projects include《BAUHAUS Magic Flute by Zuni Icosahedron》,《Circular Reflection - The Abstract Cosmos》by Orleanlaiproject,《Secret Journey, Stranger Than Paradise》by Yoshiko Chuma (Berlin), impromptu performance in Sónar and Clockenflap Music and Art Festivals. In 2017, Grace received The Hoopie Awards – “Hooper of the Year Asia” by hooping.org.
# # About Hong Kong Q***r Literary and Cultural Festival (HKQLCF) by Nu Tong Xue She (NTXS)
Nu Tong Xue She (NTXS) hopes that through showcasing books relevant to gender and sexuality issues, organizing activities such as readings, seminars and sharing sessions, providing booths for vendors of relevant books and LGBT-friendly organizations and a cozy reading corner for visitors during the Festival, a friendly and open environment for the general public to understand, explore and discuss the various facets of gender and sexuality could be created.
