𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝘽𝙎 𝘽𝘼𝘿 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝙔𝙊𝙐??
NO!!! 𝐁𝐔𝐓 only if you eat the right kind of carbs.
To put it simply, carbs are your source of energy, and if you don’t eat enough of them, your muscles won’t have the nutrition to grow. Protein & carbs are equally important when it comes to muscle growth.

I’ve been experimenting, eating more carbs everyday than before, and let me tell you, the results are quite visible! You can see on the most left picture, I’m leaner but also smaller(I barely touches carb during that period of time), and on the middle and most right pictures, I’m definitely bigger and feeling stronger too.
Aside from definitely getting bigger🙈😂(which is what I want), I also felt that my muscles recover faster and are getting stronger slowly.
What we need to bare in mind is to consume HEALTHY carbs. Please don’t start chowing down on those free Olive Garden breadsticks😂
⭕️Healthy carbs➡️ for me I like sweet potatoes🍠, potatoes🥔, brown rice🍘, whole grain bread🍞, and bananas🍌.

The point to take away here is don’t be scared of (healthy) carbs.
Everyone has different goals, but if your goal is to get bigger and stronger, it’s essential that you consume enough of them.

澱粉是好還是壞??
澱粉對肌肉的建立很重要喔!
當然我這邊指的是健康的澱粉✔️
簡單來說,澱粉就是能量的來源,當攝取不足時,肌肉就沒有足夠的養分長大。
在肌肉增長這部分來說,蛋白質跟澱粉一樣重要喔!

我最近開始實驗,每天都吃比較多的澱粉,發現真的有蠻大的不同!照片上最左邊我是比較精瘦跟小隻一點(那時候幾乎都不碰澱粉),中間跟最右邊是我開始每天都吃比較多的澱粉,看起來也更壯碩。
除了外觀上更的大隻😂🙈(我個人喜歡這樣),肌肉復原的速度也比較快比較不容易累,重訓的重量也有一直慢慢往上。
這邊需要注意的是,我們吃進去的是健康的澱粉來源,拜託不要一看到這篇文章就去大吃滷肉飯或冰火菠蘿油😂

總結來說,不要怕吃(健康的)澱粉。
當然每個人目標不一樣,但如果你的目標是變的更壯更大隻,澱粉是好朋友不是敵人!
