Official Statement from 12th Green Warriors
12th 綠戰士對於現球會領隊葉志雄以雄彬文化體育發展有限公司（FC & Yip Culture and Sports Development Association Limited）名義，與香港足球會達成戰略合作協議一事，現作出以下回應：
本組織樂見現大埔足球會之主要投資人，成功改為與其他能夠配合其願景之足球會合作，往後不必與球會上下，球迷等有更多分歧和爭議。
惟我們希望葉志雄，葉吳彬彬夫婦於本球季能夠：
1. 以體面和有尊嚴的方式，聘用大埔足球會之教練，球員，職員，直至2026/27球季結束。
2. 盡力保持球隊於過往賽季展現之競爭力，代表香港出戰亞冠二級聯賽（ACL2），以及完成本地聯賽和各項盃賽。
3. 理解和明白球隊核心伊高沙托尼（Igor Sartori）亞基里斯腱斷裂之嚴重性，復原時間和對球隊之影響。並且日後避免作出對職球員欠缺尊重和同理心之言論。

12th Green Warriors hereby issues the following response regarding the announcement that the current Team Manager Mr. Francis Yip of Tai Po Football Club, through FC & Yip Culture and Sports Development Association Limited, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Hong Kong Football Club Soccer Section:
We are pleased to see the major investor of Tai Po Football Club successfully form a partnership with another football club that aligns with their vision. Moving forward, this will allow all parties to avoid further disagreements and disputes with the club’s management, squad, and supporters.
However, we sincerely hope that Mr. Francis Yip and Mrs. Yip Ng Bun-bun will fulfill the following commitments for the upcoming season:
1. Maintain Professional Respect: Employ the coaching staff, players, and personnel of Tai Po Football Club in a dignified and honorable manner through the conclusion of the 2026/27 season.
2. Sustain Competitive Performance: Strive to preserve the competitive standard demonstrated by the team in previous seasons, as we represent Hong Kong in the AFC Champions League Two (ACL2) and compete in Hong Kong Premier League and cup competitions.
3. Demonstrate Empathy and Respect: Fully understand and recognize the severity, lengthy recovery period, and broader impact of Igor Sartori’s Achilles tendon rupture. In the future, please refrain from making public comments that lack respect and empathy toward the players and coaching staffs.
