做深蹲時發現其左右腳發力不平衡
👉然後用了較輕橡筋帶扯住腰部,目的使左腳用力較多轉移右邊腳
Before
1️⃣左腳用力較多or身體結構導致重心有傾斜
After
2️⃣ 扯住橡筋帶在腰部後,2腳用力or重心較平均
