What even is tabata?

First and foremost, tabata is a form of HITT exercise. Similar to HITT intervals, tabata has back to back exercises, done in four minute increments and have shorter rest periods. Tabata is a fun and effective way to get your heart rate up, and burn calories even after your workout.

〰Loosens up the muscles and joints before the stress of exercise
