個子較少的球員在扣球時,經常會有一共通問題,就是起跳位置太近來球(入了波底),令擊球點落在頭頂甚至頭的後方。
這種情況一般會有三大影響:
1. 只能擊打球的底部,球速及落點受限
2. 頭必須向上望球,未能留意對方的攔防位置
3. 為了發力擊球,腰部過分伸展(拗腰),以致長期勞損
要解決這問題,只需簡單一條膠布,將下巴與身體連結,避免頭部過分上仰,確保擊球點落在前方。
Shorter players often have a common problem when hitting the ball, which is that their jumping point is too close to or under the ball, making the hitting point not in front of their head.
This situation usually has three problems :
1. It limits the ball speed and where the ball can go.
2. The head has to look up to the ball, which doesn’t let them notice where the opponents are blocking and defending.
3. They have to extend their lower back too much to get the hitting power, which can cause chonic injury.
To fix this, just connect your chin and chest with a simple tape while hitting, which keeps your head from getting too high, ensuring the hitting points to the front.
