Step into a world of magic, movement, and creativity! This summer, brings a one-of-a-kind Circus Experience to Hong Kong — where sports meets art! 🎭

5-Day Circus Camp
📅 June 29 - July 3
📅 July: 6–10 | 13–17 | 20–24 | 27–31
📅 Aug: 3–7/8 | 10-14/8

Time:
• 10 – 11 AM (1h), Ages 5-7
• 11:15am - 1:15 PM (2hrs), Ages 8+

⭕️ How to Wrap a Rhythmic Gymnastics Hoop Like a Pro 🔝

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to wrapping your hoop beautifully and making it last 💫

Step-by-step:
1. Clean your hoop so the tape sticks perfectly
2. Start at one point and wrap diagonally
3. Overlap slightly (2–5 mm) for a smooth, gap-free finish
4. Keep even tension—firm but not too tight
5. Smooth as you go to avoid bubbles
6. Continue all the way around

✨ KEY STEP:
7. Secure the colourful layer with clear tape
→ Wrap a clear layer over the entire hoop to protect the design, add shine, and increase durability

8. Finish cleanly and press the end firmly
