今年 36 歲、從事美容行業嘅 Yan,當初因為見到身邊朋友瘦得咁靚、線條咁好,於是決定加入 PUMP。但由於一開始減脂時俾自己太大壓力、迫得太條命,結果不幸陷入咗令人沮喪又崩潰嘅暴食惡性循環。
At 36, working in the beauty industry, Yan was inspired by her friends’ incredible fitness results. But by pushing herself way too hard at the start, she fell into a frustrating, exhausting cycle of binge eating.

唔好以為定格喺度好輕鬆,呢個動作其實隱藏住好深嘅運動科學,主要用嚟測試你膊頭前束(前三角肌)同上背部嘅局部肌肉耐力與穩定性:

🔥 對抗重力:測試你嘅前三角肌喺不產生疲勞嘅情況下,能夠對抗重力維持扭矩(Torque)幾耐。
🔥 核心與上背全開:因為重量遠離你嘅身體重心,你嘅核心肌群同上背肌肉(斜方肌、菱形肌)必須極度用力緊扣,先可以令你保持挺直,防止成個人向前傾倒!

It looks simple, but it’s a highly effective way to test your muscular endurance and stability. Here is the science behind the burn:
🔥 It measures how long your front deltoids can maintain torque against gravity without fatiguing.
🔥 Because the weight is far away from your center, your core and upper back (trapezius and rhomboids) must work intensely just to keep you upright and prevent you from tipping forward!

🥂 Lose 14kg Without Canceling Dinner Plans

對好多忙碌嘅上班族嚟講,「減肥」就好似等同於日日食白烚雞胸,仲要忍痛推晒所有 Happy Hour 同飯局。Natalie 初初嚟到 PUMP 嘅時候,正正卡喺長達一年嘅平台期,對日日「Clean Eating」感到心力交瘁。佢以為想繼續瘦,就唯有再食少啲。但教練同佢講:你要做嘅啱啱相反。
For many professionals, dieting means eating cold chicken from Tupperware and saying no to happy hours. When Natalie joined PUMP, she was exhausted from the “clean eating” grind and stuck in a year-long plateau. She thought breaking it meant eating even less. We told her to do the opposite.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺
我哋無將 Natalie 困喺「食物監獄」,反而將社交生活還返比佢。透過靈活飲食策略,教練為佢安排咗社交飯局同策略性嘅Refeeds。
點解咁做反而有效?因為極端節食會帶嚟巨大壓力,令皮質醇飆升,拖慢新陳代謝,呢個正正係平台期嘅元兇!當 Natalie 可以毫無罪惡感咁享受美食,壓力降低咗,代謝引擎反而全速開動。
Instead of “food jail,” we gave Natalie her social life back using Flexible Dieting, which included social meals and strategic “refeeds.”
Why does this work? Extreme restriction creates stress, spiking cortisol and crashing your metabolism. By letting Natalie enjoy food without guilt, we lowered her stress and kept her metabolism burning hot.

飽住瘦?Natalie 拒絕節食,11 個月逆轉平台期減走 14kg

32 歲文職專業人士 Natalie 證明:瘦身唔需要「捱餓」。透過將無止境有氧轉化為靈活阻力訓練,佢打破長達一年嘅平台期,喺享受生活同時減走 14kg。 32-year-old Natalie proved you don’t have to “starve to get lean.” By trading endless cardio for a flexible, weight-training strategy, she broke a year-long plateau and lost 14kg while enjoying life.
