參加咗比賽的朋友仔要注意喇‼️

👇Update on the 100km and 140km, Travel restriction and health requirements:

👉We are in a continuing discussion with the government for the event permits. Unfortunately, it is likely that the 100km and 140km races cannot go ahead physically. Only races up to 50km with minimal support (i.e. no food) are currently allowed. We have submitted a proposal to organize a 2-day stage race for the 100km (i.e. 50km on Saturday and 50km on Sunday). As soon as we receive further details from the government, we will send you an update together with the number of Running Stones and UTMB index validation.

✈️Travel restrictions to Hong Kong have just been reduced to a 3-day designated hotel + 4 days hotel (or home) with limited access to public/private areas. 🧑‍⚕️The additional government requirements include that participants, volunteers, and the organization crew must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, a PCR test must be performed 48 hours before the event and you must show to the organizer the result of a RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) on the event day.

有關Translantau 100 & 140公里，旅客入境及最新防疫要求：

我們正在向政府申請活動許可証。無耐地，100 公里和 140 公里的賽程很大機會無法進行。目前有關部門只允許在沒有提供食物的情況下進行最長 50 公里的比賽。我們已重新提交一份申請書，由原來的100 公里比賽改為 2 天的分段比賽（即周六 50 公里和周日 50 公里）。一旦收到政府的初步批核，我們將通知大家以及有關的 Running Stones 和 UTMB Index 安排。

從海外地區或台灣抵港人士將以「3+4」模式進行檢疫，即他們須在指定檢疫酒店強制檢疫三天，其後居家（或酒店）醫學監察四天。在醫學監察期間不得進入涉及不佩戴口罩或羣組活動的高風險場所點， 活動受限。點擊此連結查看最新更新：https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/inbound-travel.html

此外，政府額外要求所有參加者、義工、嘉賓和工作人員必須完成接種三劑新冠疫苗，活動前 48 小時進行核酸檢測，以及活動當天進行快速抗原測試並向工作人員出示結果。
