🥋 Kung Fu Fitness is an innovative training experience that blends the fundamentals of Kung Fu Jibengong (武术基本功) with modern fitness formats and methods (HIIT, pyramids, AMRAP, Metcon…).
🎯 The goal is twofold: to build strength, endurance, balance, and coordination while exploring dynamic movements from modern wushu.
