We are excited to invite you to join us for Season 1 of our Developmental Division!

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to the sport, this league is designed for players of all backgrounds to enjoy friendly competition and improve their skills.

The league will follow a 5v5 coed format under the USA Flag ruleset , featuring 7-yard end zones and a 3-down system for both first downs and scoring. To ensure balanced competition, all participants will take part in a combine evaluation day on February 7th, after which players will be paired with a coach to form 10-player teams. We specifically encourage beginner and intermediate players to sign up for this season, which consists of eight regular-season games followed by a two-game playoff.

Games will be held every Saturday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM over the course of eight weeks. Following the combine, the season is scheduled to officially begin on either February 22nd or March 1st.

What We Offer:
- Expert coaching from Hong Kong’s premier flag football coaches
