The match could not be decided at normal time and extra had to be played as our opponents fought relentlessly 💪

JN FC CHAMPIONS OF 2ND MACAU GURKHA CUP 🇲🇴🏆⚽️

Our journey for silverware in Macau first started in December 2024 and it’s been almost a year but the champions trophy is finally coming back home. Champions will always be rewarded with their perseverance so until then PLAY UNTIL YOU DIE 💪

Our 8 man squad with no subs available until semi-finals fought bravely like warriors. Our game plan was executed flawlessly. Thank you lads for putting in a great shift and taking out time from your busy schedule to represent the Hong Kong Nepalese scene, we did it and we love each one of you ❤️

Rai A***n captains the team to victory with scoring a brace to his name. Hat trick was possible but some great saves from their keeper denies it ⚽️⚽️

With no natural number 9 striker available, Gurung Jiyaz and Sherpunja Sujan took up the role and worked their socks off. Sujan was clinical in getting a brace as well 👏

Gurung Easant adds a goal at the dying minutes for a well disciplined game throughout 💪

Pre season football, thank you Predators FC for the match and good luck to your Legal League Season 🤝🏻

We tried a 3-5-2 formation once more as our centre backs personnel are stretched thin at the moment. Overall the team did well in terms of distance covered as we were running up and down the whole match as a unit 💨

We also involved a couple of our youth players for them to get some valuable match time and experience 💪

After 2 frustrating draws in the group stages it was captain Bises that had enough so he pushed the team for a rampant by putting his name in the scoresheet 💪

Samuel number 9 man added 2 important goals and one was thumped in the back of the net with such force typhoon 8 was soon hoisted a few weeks later 💨

Both Kejong and Nani also added a goal each 💪

After playing well 2 games in the group stages but both ending in 0-0 we could finally open our accounts on the 3rd game at last 😮‍💨

After we scored our second goal there was daylight ahead and then the goals kept flowing. Some scintillating ball movement saw us scoring some amazing goals 🚀

Great way to end the day and clean sheet was also registered. Defence is as important as offence 🧱
