本院主力推廣中國武術運動文化，中國武術為華夏文化的重要一環，著重禮儀為先，武德為本。本院武術課程由香港武術代表隊成員執教，提倡積極練武、自強不息，全方面提升身體質素外，更培養團隊合作及堅毅勇敢的精神。
本院更為專業推廣雙節棍團體，雙節棍為本港具代表性之運動，由李小龍先生發揚光大，其招式的瞬息萬變，亦為香港多元化社會的文化象徵。本院吸收世界各地的雙節棍精要技術，不斷鑽研，形成別樹一幟的風格。鼓勵招式創新、挑戰更高技術，尤其在訓練身體左右協調方面成效斐然，旗下學員亦在國內外大型比賽中屢獲殊榮。
We mainly focus on promoting Chinese martial arts culture, it is a main aspect in Chinese culture, manners and politeness are also our main focus. Our
martial arts classes are coached by Hong Kong WuShu team's representative, mainly advocate hard-working, self-strengthening, fully enhance on physical ability, team-working and braveness. Nunchaku is one of the most iconic sports in Hong Kong and spread globally by Mr Bruce Lee. It moves flows like the multicultural society of Hong Kong. We formed our own style of Nunchaku by extracting the essence from subdivisions of Nunchaku skills. We also encourages creating new moves and challenging new skills. Outstanding result has been shown in training body's coordination. Leading to students achieving remarkable result in worldwide competition.
