[…]
Things happened last month, and I wasn’t able to control my body and emotions during those days.
That was the first time I met two new “friends”: anxiety and depression.
It made me realize that something needs to change.
It was my first time seeking help.
My first time accepting that no one is perfect—
proving that we all need time to be with ourselves.
Learning how to say “no” is a big lesson.
There is nothing to be ashamed of when we choose to step away to protect ourselves.
We shouldn’t apologize when we’ve done nothing wrong.
“Not every feeling that comes to visit belongs to me—I am allowed to let it go.”
“We are worthy of being cared for.”
May we live in a world where we can all be happy and free.
Peace. Peace. Peace.
