I'm thrilled to celebrate your completion of the Level 1 Andiappan Yoga Mentorship Program with our wonderful Ewelina, our Andiappan Yoga Mentor teacher in Italy. It’s very inspiring to witness the growth of both teachers and students around the world as we come together to share the benefits of yoga.

With each mentorship training, we’re getting closer to fulfilling our guruji Andiappan's mission: "Health is Wealth, Yoga for Health, and Yoga for All."

Summer holidays are a great opportunity to introduce your children to yoga, a practice that can improve physical flexibility, strength and balance as well as mental wellbeing. Family yoga practice is a fun and engaging way for children to learn and develop basic yoga postures and breathing exercises, which provide a strong foundation to their health.
