我教yoga嘅第8個年頭
終於有第一班真正全男班yoga class
仲要咁岩一次過有兩班🥲

幾年前曾經試過港島區教過兩個鬼嘅private class之後就
今次係全部香港人
仲要竟然唔係比d朋友女朋友逼過嚟上堂
係自己真係想上
多謝你哋信任我
會花時間黎認識yoga呢樣野
多謝每一個黎上過我堂嘅你🙏

一直以黎yoga係我人生路上都救左我好多次
由一開始完全攪唔掂嘅爛皮膚/壓力
斷手痛到傻沖唔到涼揸唔到筷子
到我慢慢做到plank/push up做到倒立
個人好急趕到行路食野咩都慢人半拍
就算到宜家都仲繼續救緊我下身傷患
希望可以比婆婆堅持多陣battle埋佢

大概我人生注定左同yoga有呢個緣份
好多人叫我正正經經搵份工算
但每次當我想放棄
又有d人有d事有把聲叫我繼續堅持
諗返起係澳洲個女仔果句說話
‘有d人成世都搵唔到自己鐘意嘅野
You’re so lucky!

睽違5年的痴線佬班回來了
經歷幾年嘅放棄與堅持
今次希望可以比之前更加好更加痴線
同大家分享一d我覺得對跳舞有幫助嘅野

課堂內容主要包括：
- Hardcore Training 地獄のYogaFire
- Grooving/Dancing 音楽の律動
- Exercise/Combo 堅持の練習
- Freestyle Lab 自由の実験
