"Sometimes a teacher, always a student"
This is our ethos as yoga teachers and from it comes our commitment to continue to study and evolve as we walk this path and live this beautiful dharma of teaching.
Over the past 10 years since we graduated from our 200hr YTT we have spent hours taking trainings, online programs, classes, workshops and retreats and we are grateful for every teacher and every opportunity to continue to learn and deepen our understanding of Yoga and most importantly our relationship to Self ❤️
This past March, I (Melissa) completed The Module 1 intensive Hatha Yoga & Meditation program at Hridaya in Mazunte, Mexico and it was wonderful 🙏🏽😁
I loved being a student, practicing Hatha yoga 3-4hr every day, which I hadn't done since our 200hr YTT with Rachael 10 years ago.
I never fell out of yoga but I feel I fell in Love with Yoga all over again. I also feel my relationship to my physical and subtle body has deepened in a beautiful way.
If you would like to read more about it you can read my latest blog article on my blog yogibee.live
As I write this our beloved facilitator is taking a yoga for scoliosis course, meanwhile is continuing her 3 year studies as a Somatic Therapist and went back to University to study psychotherapy.

With Love, deep gratitude and reverence for Yoga, the teachings, the teachers and the Spiritual Heart - Brahman
