Yoga in Plaka

Yoga in Plaka This is the information webpage about the yoga classes offered in the Σύλλογος of Plaka - Apokoronas This is due to limited availability ( max. 10 students).

This is the new website that replaces the old webpage of 'Yoga in Kalyves'. Hatha Yoga Classes have started since November 2019 in Kalyves ( B.A.D. studio).The classes are with a licensed teacher (200h, YAI-CYT, Skyros Academy)


At the moment the Σύλλογος ( Μunicipality building) in Plaka ( Apokoronas ) will be the building for the classes. It's recommend to book the classes you like t

o participate by Whatssap/Email/SMS/Viber. Until half hour before or after a class , with minimum inscriptions, the teacher is present for questions

' Vinyasa Yoga'.
Temporary there is no class at tuesdays
