Kapha is the 3rd dosha in ayurveda, reflecting earth and water.

🔺 The kapha energy deals with structure and stability, acting like “the glue” that holds us together, providing our physical and emotional stability.

👨👩 People with strong kapha are usually of heavier frame, with smooth skin, thick hair and slow digestion. Personality-wise they are calm, stable and warm-hearted but when unbalanced they are prone to depression.
