🌞 International Day of Yoga & Summer Solstice Celebration 🧘‍♀️🌊✨

Join us this Saturday at 10am as we celebrate both International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice with a beautiful beach yoga class by the sea.

Afterwards, we'll get the SUPs out for a relaxed paddle and enjoy some time together on the water. I've got a couple of new boards that need testing too! 😄

This is how yoga feels... ✨

After class last night, my lovely friend Ashling Holcroft visiting from New Zealand ran straight into the sea to catch the sunset. No posing. No planning. Just pure joy, freedom and presence.

Yoga isn't just what happens on the mat. It's how you feel afterwards... lighter, calmer, more alive, more connected to life around you. 🌅🧘‍♀️💙

This past week reminded me of something so important… life moves quickly, and the moments we have with the people we love are precious ❤️

I spent a wonderful week with my Dad in Greece. We chatted about life, worked in the gardens, ate beautiful food, laughed, rested, and enjoyed simple afternoon naps. Nothing extravagant… yet somehow everything.

As our parents get older, time feels more valuable. It’s easy to get caught up in work, stress, phones, and endless to-do lists, but the memories we create, the conversations we have, and simply being present with family are what truly matter.

At 83, my Dad reminds me daily where I get my sense of humour, laid-back attitude, love for animals, and DIY spirit from 🩷

A gentle reminder from Love Yoga Loft today… slow down when you can. Put the phone away. Sit a little longer. Listen to the stories. Take the photo. Share the meal. Enjoy the nap. Life isn’t only about the big moments — it’s made beautiful by the small ones.

Family. Connection. Presence. Gratitude 🙏✨
