We have to normalize yoga, and Pilates for men! there’s nothing to be ashamed of….

The worst thing it was happened, is to:

a)enhance your awareness

b)better concentration

c) better coordination, body mind connection

d)higher energy levels, cause of better breathing

e) strengthening your core and all the muscles that stabilizes your body

f) cure your body

g) and of course, strengthen and tone your body

Also, it’s harder than you think so, give it a try 🫵🏻
