Κάθε Δευτέρα και Πέμπτη πρωί μαζευόμαστε για πιλάτες στο νερό, στο Σίφερι, πριν την Μεγάλη Αμμο. Ώρα 8.30. να φοράτε μαγιό! Κατάλληλο για όλα τα επίπεδα. Η γυμναστική στο νερό είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλη για άτομα με προβλήματα στην μέση η τα γόνατα.
Every Monday and Thursday Aqua- pilates at Siferi, the beach before Megali Ammos. Time 8.30. all levels. wear a swimsuit and bring a towel. Training in the water is very suitable for people with back and knee injuries.
