🐴 HORSE OF THE WEEK — SINAN 👑

This week belongs to the boss.

Sinan has been with us since he was just 2 years old. Back then, he came with a bit of a reputation…

“Unrideable.” 😂

Turns out, he wasn’t unrideable at all. He just needed someone who understood him.

With Katy’s expertise, patience and horsemanship, Sinan became quite simply one of the most reliable horses we have ever known.

Today, he is the leader of our herd — and not just because he says so. Although, to be fair, he definitely says so. 😂

When the fires threatened the ranch and our horses had to be evacuated, it was Sinan we trusted to lead them.

He led our horses on his own, away from danger and to safety, where they waited for the lorries to arrive and evacuate them.

No fuss. No panic.

He just did his job.

That tells you everything you need to know about this horse. ❤️

Strong, dependable, intelligent, brave and absolutely certain that he is in charge of everything and everyone.

Sinan isn’t just the herd leader.

He is the boss in every possible way. 👑🐴

And we wouldn’t have him any other way.

🐴 HORSE OF THE WEEK — MUSTANG 🐴
Meet Mustang — our lead horse, our lookout, and basically the rides’ four-legged head of security. 🤠

Mustang is trusted with leading the way, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious (including terrifying plastic bags and rogue bushes), and most importantly… bringing everyone safely back home again.

When it’s time to take the herd out for winter, Mustang is the one we trust to lead the way. Calm, dependable and always ready for a job.

But above everything else, he’s Lee’s best friend and favourite horse to work with. ❤️🤠

Every ranch has that one horse you build a special bond with… and for Lee, Mustang is that horse.

A true leader. A loyal friend. And one absolute legend of a horse. 🐎🤎
