I am Mireille, born and raised in Holland and living on Crete, Greece for many years now. My yoga path started with just a random yoga class at the gym...and after years of ballet...I was hooked...
I found ashtanga yoga which was for many years my main practice. I also got the opportunity to teach myself. This before I even finished my first 200hr teacher training, which I did In Goa India at Himalaya yoga valley. Later I explored various styles of yoga such as hatha, yin, nidra, acro yoga, and followed workshops with different (ashtanga) teachers. The last years i got more interested in yin yoga and I finished 140hr teacher training ( due to Corona...the rest of the in total 200 hr could not be accomplished yet..) Still, most of the days, my own practice in the morning is ashtanga yoga, adjusted to my needs of that day. I really enjoy to teach other styles aswel, and the vinyasa classes I make quite intuitive. I really like to help people with yoga when they have some limitations...this can be due to flexibility...injury.. Yoga is not my only passion...so is CrossFit...and teaching yoga to CrossFitters is another passion within that....it really great to see how yoga benefits them. Since I know both sides very well, I understand the needs. See you on the mat�
