Just delivered the first Art of Practice Design workshop in Bruges… and honestly, what a special feeling.

Being able to share everything I’ve learned over the past 15 years coaching, learning, traveling to 40+ countries now in my own country… it really meant a lot.

Grateful for all the coaches who showed up with an open mind, ready to think, question, and grow. The energy in the room and on the court was amazing.

For those who are curious, this is not a traditional clinic.
No “watch and copy”, no list of drills.

It’s a hands-on workshop where coaches:
• learn how players really learn
• design better practices using simple, practical tools
• work with small-sided games and constraints
• and most importantly: leave with a clear framework they can apply immediately

A look back at last year’s Elite Europe.

THE ART OF PRACTICE DESIGN — Workshops are live

This is not a classic clinic.

This is a hands-on coaching workshop where coaches:
• think instead of listen
• design instead of copy
• solve real problems instead of watching demos

You’ll work in small groups, redesign practices, use constraints, build games, test ideas live, and reflect together.

This book started as something I never planned to share.
It was just my personal notebook.

I wrote it for myself…
so I wouldn’t forget the things that truly matter in player development.

That became Chapter 1:
15 years of notes.

I never planned to share this.

This year 🏀 took me to 22 countries across five continents.

More coaching opportunities than I ever dreamed of.

And yet… the biggest thing that changed in my life had nothing to do with where I went.

It happened inside of me.

For the first time, life slowed down. Not around me, but within me.

I found a deep peace I had never felt before.
I learned to be where my feet are, and it feels like I can finally truly live.

Wishing everyone a beautiful end of the year and all the best for what’s coming next.
May you find your own moments of presence, peace and joy.
