Apostolos is a windsurfing Greek athlete 17 years old.
We are together 3 years and his improvements are massive!
He is professionally competing worldwide.
His main training workout is strengthening and conditioning and once per week he practices kick boxing for hand and eye coordination, cardiovascular wellness, stress relief, balance, self defense,upper body and core.
