Ronnie and I had the most fabulous day yesterday….kicking off our first Mind Body Reset……Hatha Yoga and Functional Strength classes in the morning with delicious snacks provided by .energy. The most amazing lunch provided by the talented followed by a truly informative talk on Bowen Therapy by . Then an afternoon of Pilates and a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga. The sun shone gloriously but the barn stayed beautifully cool.

Watch this space for our next one….it was sold out this time so be quick when the date is released.
