Team Quadra We train parkour and freerunning in Patras, Greece. We are Quadra Team from Patras, Greece.

We train both parkour and free running and the reason we made this team is not about fame, we just wanted to start something organized so we can help our parkour community in our city to grow bigger and safer and to make people think of us as serious athletes not as "kids that jump around".We currently started creating a website so people can donate money in order to make our community stronger an

d help us create our own gym because these days we train outside and people have had some serious injuries.

Από Δευτέρα 16/9 ξεκινάει το πρόγραμμα μαθημάτων από την ομάδας μας κι έχει ως εξής : Δευτέρα = ενδυνάμωση, Τετάρτη = πάρκουρ, Σάββατο = ακροβατικά.. Οι ώρες θα αναρτηθούν σύντομα.. Για περισσότερες πληροφορίες οποίος ενδιαφέρεται στέλνει μήνυμα στην ομάδα 😁
