Register an eligible frame, fork or seatpost within 30 days of purchase and it’s covered for the life of the bike. Not a marketing number. The actual useful service life of the product, validated by Pinarello, tied to how you use and maintain it.

Crash hard enough to compromise the frame and you’re still not on your own. The Rider’s Support Program gives you one-time replacement support — up to 30% off a new frame within the first three years, 20% after.

Here’s what doesn’t make it into the press release: every part of this — registration, validation, the crash replacement itself — runs through the Authorised Retailer you bought from. Skip that step, and the warranty was never really yours to begin with.
