Pilates8 Classical Pilates 🍃 Yoga 🍃 Contemporary Movement Pilates8 is a classical Pilates studio with certified teachers by Power Pilates Inc, New York.

We protect the integrity of the method of Joseph H. Pilates by adopting the classical, systematic and integrative approach in each Pilates session. Our clients will follow a sequence of exercises advancing from one movement to the next on all pieces of apparatus. Through stabilization, control, concentration, flow, breath and precision we will built together an energized, flexible, pain free and strong body.
