Strengthen + Lengthen with the Shoulder Bridge ✨

One of my favorite Pilates classics — the Shoulder Bridge — is all about control, awareness, and activating your powerhouse.

This exercise:
-Strengthens your glutes + hamstrings
-Mobilizes the spine
-Challenges pelvic stability
-Opens the front of the hips (hello, desk sitters!)

Take it slow, move with intention, and feel the articulation of each vertebra as you lift and lower.

Tip: Keep your feet hip-width apart and press evenly through all four corners of the feet.

Whether you’re on the mat or the reformer, the magic is in the details.
